How do international employees experience possibilities for continuous learning in Finland? 

In this report launch we present the results of the interview study, Overqualification Among Highly Educated Professionals: International Employees' Experiences of Continuous Learning, and share experiences on the subject. We also highlight examples of how the skill potential of international employees can be better utilized in Finnish working life.

The event is aimed especially at workplaces, educational institutions, experts working with the subject, and anyone interested in the subject. The main language of the event is Finnish, and the key points are also presented in English.
